PASS 인증 시스템을 사용하며 인증이 불가한 고객은 TRADE ARK 이용이 불가합니다. “판매자”는 자신이 판매하고자 하는 상품의 가격을 자유롭게 정할 수있으며, "구매자"에 의하여 구매가 이루어 진 경우, “거래 체결”이 이루어 졌다고 정의 합니다. 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의를 얻지 못하고 상품을 서비스에 등록해 판매하는 것이 확인된 경우 "회사“는 사전 통보없이 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.“판매자” 는 자신이 등록한 제품의 가격을 “거래 체결”이 이루어지기 전 변경 할 수 있습니다. 판매자와 구매자간 실시간으로 거래가 체결되므로 “거래체결” 이후 판매 및 구매의 청약 취소는 불가 합니다. 거래과정에서 절차의 안내는 SMS 문자 또는 카카오톡 "알람톡" 을 통해서 전송되며 이 수단을 사용해 거래에 대한 정보를 제공 하였음에도 불구하고 고객의 사유로 정보를 통지받지 못한 경우 회원의 귀책사유이며, 회사는 이에 대한 책임을 부담하지 않습니다. </span></span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-family: 돋움, Dotum;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 돋움, Dotum; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" noto="" sans="" kr";"="">2. </span></span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 돋움, Dotum; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">“회사"가 제공하는 "서비스"는 회원 간 거래를 중개하는 통신판매 중개 플랫폼으로, "회원"이 될 수 있는 개인 및 제휴된 "사업자회원" 이 아닌 사업자는 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다. </span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 돋움, Dotum;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 돋움, Dotum; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">3. 이에 따라 사업자의 매입 증빙을 위한 세금계산서 발행 요청 시, 사업자로 판단해 서비스 제재 대상이 됩니다. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-family: 돋움, Dotum;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></span></div><div><span style="font-family: 돋움, Dotum;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></span></div><div><span style="font-family: 돋움, Dotum;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></span></div><div><span style="font-family: 돋움, Dotum;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 돋움, Dotum; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" noto="" sans="" kr";"="">제 5조 ("회원"의 의무)</span></span></div><div><span style="font-family: 돋움, Dotum;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 돋움, Dotum; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" noto="" sans="" kr";"="">1. "회사"의 검수센터로 운송 시에 포장 불량으로 인한 유실 사고 또는, 면책 동의 후 비대면 인계로 인한 사고에 대해서 책임지지 않습니다. "회사"가 "회원정보" 혹은 앱/웹사이트를 통하여 거래에 대한 정보를 제공 하였음에도 불구하고 고객의 사유로 정보를 통지받지 못한 경우 회원의 귀책사유이며, 회사는 이에 대한 책임을 부담하지 않습니다. </span></span></div><div><span style="font-family: 돋움, Dotum;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br></span></span></div><div><span style="font-family: 돋움, Dotum;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 돋움, Dotum; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" noto="" sans="" kr";"="">5.
